In the beginning........

Suffice it to say this is very NEW to me. I have never written anything for others to read except for work related memos and procedures. Being able to write for my own sake, on things that I consider worthwhile, and to be able to share my thoughts with others who may be somewhat interested is going to be a journey into the unknown.

What will my blog entail? Things I think other women may be interested in, health and weight loss issues, products that I find either horrible or fantastic, my crazy family, and so on and so forth. I hope somewhere I can help someone else via my story and possibly motivate others to reach beyond their circumstances to see that there is always something better waiting just around the corner.

I will fill in details of my story as this progress, but for now, lets talk about my number one biggest issue; my weight. I have been heavy all my life, lost and regained thousands of pounds, but for once I think I might see a little light at the end of this rather obese tunnel.

In the last three weeks I have lost nine pounds! A great combination of the fantastic product, V-3 and the Dukan Diet. I was even out of town on a short vacation during that time, eating things you should not while "dieting", and still came home a 1/2 pound less than the day I left! This product V-3, is the best thing since ephedra was outlawed!

So, if you are reading this very primative, very uninteresting first blog post, please stick around. I hope, no I know, it will get better!
